Chairman since 08-06-2010. Chairman of the Development and Asset Management and Budget sub-Committees. Prior to her retirement, she was Manager of a Social Services Day Centre, and is a former Chairman of Cruse Bereavement and current Chairman of the Retired Nurses National Home.
Mr David Lange BA (Hons) CPFA (1999)
Chairman from 2003 to 2008. Prior to his retirement, he was Corporate Underwriter for a large company. On a voluntary basis, he also is Secretary and Treasurer to a local organisation.
Mr Albert Barnes MCIH (2005)
A freelance Housing Consultant with over 40 years' experience in the Local Authority and Registered Social Landlord sector, holding a Diploma in Housing Management. Former Assistant Director of Housing Management for ten years at a large national RSL.
Mr Michael Barrow (2008)
Chairman of Management & Governance oversight Committee from 10-08-2010. Michael started his professional life as a commercial litigator, then moved into commerce where he remained for 20 years. In 1996 he left the company and has run his own practice since then. He is a solicitor who practices from his home in Poole, dealing with contract and regulatory work for commercial clients, with a small amount of advice for individuals from time to time. Michael has been married since 1975 and has three adult sons, and has lived in Bournemouth since 1985.
Mr Ken Mason (2009)
Worked in London at Lloyds and with Philips Electronics Risk Management Division before moving to Dorset with Frizzell in 1985. Subsequently became Chief Executive of HSBC Business Insurance Division in Bournemouth, retiring in 2000.
Mrs Jean Kelleway JP HV SRN (1994)
Chairman from 1999 to 2003, member of the Staffing & Remuneration sub-Committee. She is a retired Health Visitor and former JP, a Trustee of the Macmillan Trust and former Chairman of the Retired Nurses National Home.

Mr Brian Williams BSc (2002)
Vice Chairman from 13-07-2010. Chairman of Finance Committee from 10-08-2010. Member of the Development and Asset Management, Staffing & Remuneration sub-Committees. Prior to his retirement, he was Divisional Managing Director of Lloyds Bowmaker. He is a voluntary advisor at the Citizens Advice Bureau.
Mr Terence May MBA MRICS ICIOB (known as Terry) (Co-opted November 2009)
A chartered surveyor with Residential Social Landlord experience since 1996 in Local Authority and Housing Associations, at a strategic level for the past 7yrs in asset management, supported by MBA in Construction and Real Estate, and other management and professional qualifications. Board and committee experience at Aashyanna HA (part of the Affinity Sutton Group), Past Chair of NHF sub group HAMMAR South West, CIOB Bournemouth Centre, CIOB Wyvern Branch and past committee member of CIOB Policy & Finance Committee. Moved to the Bournemouth and Poole area from St Neots, Cambridgeshire in 1986.
